My Story

I love kayaking, and recently started paddle boarding. My glucose often gets low with physical activity. I always bring a glucose gel with me in case this happens so I can continue having fun!

  • How long does it typically take you to come up when you are low? Under 1 hour

There are continuous advancements, things are improving and also you are not alone.

My boyfriend has my CGM app on his phone and follows it. He helps me when I am low. Honestly, the inpen because I forget my doses! And my nutritionist.
